If an employee works outside the company, an administrator can record a score for him using his word Administrator password, or by some other method? One password per employee seems possible.

Yes, it's possible to perform remote operations. The computer needs to have a public IP and then the Administrator can log in using the Remote Desktop Connection or a remote desktop application. In this case, Teamviewer is a good alternative. To configure Remote Desktop Connection, go to Start and right click Computer then Properties. Click on Advanced settings on the left and then click the Remote tab. Enable desktop support and make sure that the users are allow to connect. The Admin requires the IP address of the computer and the credentials then it can perform the operations using his computer from another location.
